Booking Procedures

Red Pine Camp Inc. is a family camp, which was purchased from the YMCA in 1973 by a group of campers through the purchase of shares. The purchase of a share or shares carried no monetory value; its only benefit is that shareholders would be assured of booking their cabin each year for the period of time they wished to come to camp.

A letter, which will include the application form, will be sent to each shareholder and returning camper that will outline the dates for each period of registration.

SHAREHOLDER BOOKING:
Shareholders will have a four-week window of time, as per dates shown in their letter, in which to return their request application. Shareholders will have preference in bookings.

NON-SHAREHOLDER/RETURNING CAMPER BOOKING:
Non-Shareholders(Returning Campers) will have the same four-week period as shareholders in which to return their application. Confirmation of their booking can not be confirmed until after the specified shareholder booking period is over. Campers who have attended Red Pine previously, should apply as returning campers.

Shareholders and Returning campers can book by mail, phone, fax or e-mail within their booking period

NEW CAMPERS:
New campers wishing to apply for a period of time at camp MUST phone the camp office (613) 828-0700 starting at 8:00 P.M. March 1st. Please leave a message including family size and period of time you would like to attend along with contact information.
